According to new reports, not only will Hulk make an appearance in Thor: Ragnarok, but Samuel L. Jackson’s Nick Fury will have a role as well.
The final chapter in the Thor trilogy, Thor: Ragnarok is not far out from shooting. A few months ago it was revealed that the film would film its principle photography in East Coast of Australia. Gold Coast Bulletin, a newspaper for the area, has reported that Samuel L. Jackson himself will be shooting alongside Chris Hemsworth in the next couple of months.
Three of the characters who won’t be in this May’s Captain America threequel all appearing in the Thor movie makes perfect sense. Many wondered why such an active member of the government like Nick Fury wouldn’t have a voice in the political struggle that is, Captain America: Civil War, but perhaps it is because he has tracked down the location of Doctor Bruce Banner.
Kevin Feige himself has confirmed Ragnarok will spend very little time in Midgard and stay primarily in the cosmos, so the odds of this appearance being more of a cameo aren’t unlikely. Unless, somehow, Fury finds himself in space.
Just something to add to the possibilty of this, Jackson only has two films left before his 9-picture contract with Marvel has expired. Thor: Ragnarok and Avengers: Infinity War, perhaps?
