Zendaya Confirms Involvement In 2017 Spider-Man Reboot

A few weeks ago, we reported on actress Zendaya possibly being cast in next years untitled Spider-Man reboot, and the Disney star and musician has now confirmed this herself on The Ellen Degeneres Show. However, she said that “I can’t say anything other than I’m going to be in it”.

And when asked about when the film starts shooting, she didn’t have an answer either:

“I have no idea … to be completely honest. But it’s very exciting, when it comes to the acting space, I am basically unknown. I’ve never been in a real movie before or anything like that, so I had to start from the bottom like anyone else.”

When the rumor about her being featured in this movie, first broke, her character name was listed as nothing but “Michelle”, and it was also said that she would NOT be playing the part of Peter Parker’s love interest.

Michelle. Speculations in the comments and on social media. Go!

The Spider-Man solo movie is scheduled to release July 7, 2017, however, Tom Holland’s Peter Parker will be making his big screen debut on May 6 of this year, when Captain America: Civil War hits theaters.
