Just hours after it was revealed that Batman v Superman original cut was four hours long, a fan by the name of Alex Batts has created a petition on Change.org for Warner Bros and DC to release the full version of the movie. Check out the petition’s description below.
“Batman v Superman was edited down from it’s original running time of 4 hours, to 2 and a half. Fans deserve to see all this extra footage and the film in it’s entirety as Zack Snyder originally intended. This petition urges Warner Bros. and DC Comics to release the 4 hour cut of Batman v Superman to the public.”
There are plenty of people out there who would love to see the original cut of the film, myself included. If you’re one of them, feel free to sign the petition below!
Batman v Superman: It’s been nearly two years since Superman’s (Henry Cavill) colossal battle with Zod (Michael Shannon) devastated the city of Metropolis. The loss of life and collateral damage left many feeling angry and helpless, including crime-fighting billionaire Bruce Wayne (Ben Affleck). Convinced that Superman is now a threat to humanity, Batman embarks on a personal vendetta to end his reign on Earth, while the conniving Lex Luthor (Jesse Eisenberg) launches his own crusade against the Man of Steel.
