After weeks of speculation and rumors surrounding the game, we are finally here: Injustice 2! Injustice 2 is developed by NetherRealmStudios, and is a follow up sequel to the immensely popular game Injustice: God’s Among Us. The game’s existence was leaked by a GameStop employee early yesterday morning who released an image of the games poster, which, while supplies last, fans can receive when they pre-order the game. Also with Injustice 2’s official announcement, it was revealed that Supergirl (featured in the trailer) Atrocitus, and Gorilla Grodd who was featured on our Injustice 2 Wish List, will all be playable characters. NetherRealm’s Creative Director Ed Boon also had this to say along with the game’s announcement:
“In Injustice 2, we are introducing new features that will change the way fans play fighting games. We’re always interested in pushing the genre forward and allowing players to customize and level-up their favorite DC Super-Heroes and and Super-Villains is a significant leap.”
Alright, enough chatter from us. You’ve waited long enough. Here it is: the official trailer for Injustice 2!
