J.K. Simmons Prepares For Role Of Commissioner Gordon

When J.K. Simmons was first confirmed to be playing Commissioner Gordon in next year’s Justice League Part One, he said that he would start preparing for the role in June – and he kept his promise. He is now sporting the familiar Commissioner Gordon mustache, as could be seen at the 2016 LA Greek Film Festival.

Moreover, he is also starting to get in tremendous physical shape, as can be seen on personal trainer Aaron Williamson’s Instagram account:

Every time we train together I forget he's 61 years old. So much respect for this guy. #JKSimmons #OldManCranking

Saturday morning, 61 years old & making the young generation jealous. This is what dedication looks like. #JKSimmons
