According To Jeffery Dean Morgan, Rick Earns A Big Moment In Season 7 Finale

Season 7 of The Walking Dead has been the harshest season to come from the zombie drama. Hope might seem lost for Rick and the gang, but the season finale might bring new hope. Andrew Lincoln said not long ago that when he read the script for the season 7 finale it got him so excited at one moment, he put down the script so he can punch the air and do a “little jig.”

While on a panel for the 2017 Walker Stalker Cruise, Jeffery Dead Morgan shared his opinion on the moment Lincoln got excited about:

“I’m glad Rick can have a little moment. Good for him. I’m glad that Rick can have a moment. I think this has been a tough season. So, if he gets to have a moment where he can jump around and be happy… If anybody’s f—ing earned it, it’s Andy Lincoln. And, as a fan of the show, I was even a little happy he could have a moment. Maybe Negan was sort of happy. I think Negan will be amused by him having a moment.”

Normal Reedus who plays Daryl Dixon had a few words on Morgan’s opinion:

“Things can always turn around, though. Sometimes tough guys don’t look so tough.”

And Morgan had a replay to what Reedus said:

“Sometimes tough guys kick ass”

This tease should get fans amped up for whats to come for season 7b which starts this Sunday at 9 p.m. ET on AMC.
