No matter what people thought of Suicide Squad, it still made a lot of money, and it is getting a sequel. No one knows what this sequel could be about, and who’s going to be behind the camera. Names like Mel Gibson have popped up. Another person who’s reportedly in contention to direct is Jaume Collet-Serra, who’s directed Non-Stop and Run All Night.
This news comes Jeff Snieder from Meet the Movie Press show. The video above is where he says the following quote.
“So the name that I have heard, who could very well be in the mix: Jaume Collet-Serra. He’s a home-grown filmmaker for Warner Bros, that’s where he did House of Wax, Orphan, Unknown [and] Run All Night.”
Collet-Serra joins potential names like Ruben Fleischer, Jonathan Levine, and of course Mel Gibson. All that’s known is that Adam Cozad is in negotiations to write the script for this film.
No one knows when this movie is coming out, who’s going to be in It, and who’s directing.
