Becoming a Writer

The Drop LLC is always looking for more active writers. We have opened our audience by covering various new forms of media, including cinema and video games, as well as the original site, which focused on superheroes. Each division of TDN has the same writing policies and contributing standards and is enforced by each branch manager. If there is a position that peaks your interests, use the contact information listed for the corresponding site for the next step in the application process!

The Drop News requires all contributors to follow specific writing standards and meet minimum weekly articles posted. This is referred to as the ‘TDN Universal Standards.’ This states that contributor agrees to post a minimum of three-five times a week, and uses exceptional writing and grammar formations. If some regulations can’t be met, send an email and state what can’t be met. Alternate positions can always be negotiated.

Finally, The Drop requires all contributors to follow the ‘TDN Code Of Conduct.’ This states you post in a civilized manner and refrain from using much vulgar language. This also includes social media if you choose to use our name in your bio. This requires a signed contract and verbal agreement, to ensure writers follow this mandatory policy.
